AI/GenAI Engineer (AWS Bedrock & SageMaker Specialist)

About the Role

We are hiring an AI/GenAI Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS AI/ML services. The role will focus on building and deploying an AI-powered chatbot with an interactive avatar for handling civil case and judicial queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI chatbots using AWS Bedrock foundation models (Anthropic, Titan, Llama, etc.)
  • Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, Kendra/OpenSearch)
  • Train and fine-tune custom models using Amazon SageMaker
  • Build back-end workflows with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway
  • Integrate the chatbot with 3D/interactive avatars (Amazon Sumerian, Polly, or third-party SDKs)
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and judicial restrictions
  • Work with stakeholders to align chatbot responses with civil case workflows
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot deployed models and applications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services
  • Practical experience with AWS Bedrock for LLM integration
  • Hands-on with Amazon SageMaker (model training, tuning, deployment)
  • Knowledge of AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, Kendra, OpenSearch, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions
  • Strong skills in Python or Node.js for ML workflows and API integrations
  • Experience with avatar/voice integration (Amazon Polly, Sumerian, or external SDKs)
  • Understanding of legal or regulated industry data handling is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty (advantage, not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in legal-tech, judicial automation, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with LangChain, RAG, or other conversational AI frameworks
  • BSc (Computer Science, Electronics) or equivalent degree

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
